Returns are not accepted once an order has shipped.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the package

  • Photos of the product received

If approved, we will replace the affected item or provide another appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate before determining the appropriate resolution.
